Hilton Garden Inn Wiener Neustadt

This was our sixth stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Wiener Neustadt. This property is located almost in the city center, close to the old town and a beautiful park. The property is also adjacent to the historic Capuchin monastery. The area around the hotel is quiet and friendly. It is worth emphasizing that the hotel has very nice staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant. Guests have at their disposal: free parking, fitness center, restaurant, bar, terrace, 24-hour reception and free WiFi in all areas. All hotel rooms are air-conditioned. We chose a family room, which had: a large and comfortable king-size bed, a sofa bed, a desk, a kettle, a fridge, a safe, a flat-screen TV, an ironing board, an iron, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Each room is equipped with towels, bath gel, shampoo, soap, tea and coffee making facilities, sugar, as well as still and sparkling water. The continental breakfast is served at the property. The dishes served (hot and cold) delight with their variety and excellent taste. The offer includes many meat and vegetable dishes. The same applies to drinks: very good coffee, many different types of teas, juices. A big attraction for children are waffles and pancakes, as well as a variety of desserts and cakes. I heartily recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Wiener Neustadt hotel both as a place to rest during onward travel, but also as a destination stay.

The Hilton Garden Inn Wiener Neustadt proved to be an excellent one-night stopover on my journey south. Its strategic location near the old town provided easy access to numerous dining options and sightseeing opportunities. The hotel restaurant impressed with its enormous schnitzels that definitely satisfied my appetite for authentic Austrian cuisine. Throughout my brief stay, I appreciated the consistently friendly staff and the impeccably clean accommodations that made even a short visit feel comfortable and welcoming.

It's a good quality hotel, close to the highway. The rooms are good standard and clean. The breakfast is really great, good choice of everything:) The location is walking distance to the old town where you can find the restaurants for a dinner.

During the first visit to this hotel, no bedding was prepared for the third person of the guests, despite earlier payment for the stay and sending a request for an additional set of bedding. After arriving at the hotel after reporting the lack of a set of bedding three times, we received a pillow and a duvet without a pillowcase. There was also no sheet. Fortunately, the second time we came to this hotel everything was prepared for the third person.
